Paleo Bread

Sharing this recipe of Paleo bread from alvin Lourdes’ blog. To my friends joining the Paleo challenge, good luck!

Paleo bread the kids made me yesterday, with lots of love :) It was yummy!

Ingredients

1.25 cup of coconut flour

1 ts cinnamon

0.25 cup of honey

1ts pumpkin spice

2 bananas mushedup

0.25 cup of shredded coconut

6 eggs

0.25 cup of coconut oil

Cranberries – as much as you’d like. We put a handful

Mix the wet ingredients and the dry ingredients separately, then add the dry mixture to the wet slowly and stir. Add water when needed. If you want to make paleo bread too, you can find some ingredients here.

Coat your pan with some coconut oil and scoop the mixture into the pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
