3.3 CF Mnl Throwdown
This is my third throwdown event.
1 mile run
25 walking lunges (1 knee = 1 rep)
It looks easy at 4 reps of 400meter. But I tell you, doing those exercises in between a 400 meter run under the scorching heat of the sun is insane! But FUN!
Set my best 400 meter time with my uber-fast Libis run buddies Noel, Nickey, Yoshi & Smacky at 1:15 minutes.
Post throwdown, I brought it down by 4 seconds 🙂
My competitor from Fort was my judge/counter. Amazing that instead of competing we push and support each other during our heats. He even asked me if I want to do burpees in a shaded area. That’s what we call – real friendly competition!
After 26 minutes of pain…
I am up for another round. NOT!
